Welcome to the FCA European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) web portal. This web portal
allows financial counterparties and non-financial counterparties to make notifications andapplications in relation to EMIR, including:
- Non-financial counterparties exceeding or no-longer exceeding the clearing threshold;
- Financial counterparties notifying disputes relating to the recognition of an OTC derivative contract, its valuation or the exchange of collateral for an amount or a value higher than EUR 15 million that has been outstanding for at least 15 business days; and
- Financial and non-financial counterparties notifying or applying to exempt intragroup transactions from the clearing obligation.
In order to use the web portal counterparties need to register by entering basic counterparty information. If you register a particular counterparty to use the portal you will become a Super-User, which will allow you to create additional Super-Users and logins for other users to make submissions.

Please note that all counterparties must have at least one designated person of appropriate seniority before any notifications or applications can be submitted.
